In the realm of natural skincare, consistency is key.
While some may experience an immediate transformation, it's important to allow your skin time to adapt to your new products. Generally, you can expect to see the most noticeable results within 4-12 weeks of consistent use, as your skin adjusts and benefits from the nourishing properties of our formulations.
In our commitment to minimising waste and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, we kindly request that you reach out to our team before placing an order if you have any specific questions about how Fat of the Land products will complement your daily skincare ritual. We are here to provide guidance and help you choose the best products for your unique needs.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and their inability to be resold once opened, returns are only accepted in exceptional circumstances, subject to our team's assessment.
We do not cover postage costs for returns. This is the responsibility of the customer returning the products.
Change of Mind
We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or credit notes for change of mind. Please read our product information and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of your order delivery, quoting your order number. From there, we will provide further instructions.
If you receive damaged goods, we ask that you provide clear photos and evidence via email. Subject to our team's assessment, we will provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Lost/Missing Packages
If your parcel goes missing during transit or if the tracking information has not been updated for five days, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation with DHL or PostNL on your behalf. If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel will be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.
Adverse Reactions
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to accept returns on items that may have triggered an allergic reaction. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of any sensitivities or allergies they may have.
With this in mind, please read our ingredients list thoroughly before making a purchase if you have known sensitivities to certain ingredients.
Response Time
We aim to respond and process any requests for replacements or refunds within 5 working days.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be paid via the same method, to the same bank account or credit/debit card used for the original purchase.
You must provide proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date your refund request was approved. Please note different financial institutions take longer to process payments which may delay the funds clearing in your account.
