Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently don’t ship worldwide but we do ship throughout the whole of EU! Please note that the shipping costs to each country vary. The cost will be shown at checkout upon selection.

How much is postage?

For standard NL shipping we charge a flat rate of €6,45 within the Netherlands for packages weighing under 10kg.

When will you send my order?

All orders are dispatched from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Your orders are packed with care and dispatched within 48 hours [excluding weekends] to our shipping partner, DHL.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately after ordering to request a cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order if the item is already shipped. If your item has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund you in full. 

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which includes the tracking #. Please check your spam or junk folder if you can’t locate the confirmation email in your inbox. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

My items arrived broken/damaged.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of your order delivery, quoting your order number. From there, we will provide further instructions.

If you receive damaged goods, we ask that you provide clear photos and evidence via email. Subject to our team's assessment, we will provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

My package is lost/missing.

If your parcel goes missing during transit or if the tracking information has not been updated for five days, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation with DHL or PostNL on your behalf. If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel will be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.
